About Me

Originating from an athletic background that included boxing, wrestling, and football, I have come to fully appreciate the importance of therapeutic massage. After suffering from a major spine injury and literally being disabled for two years. It was at this time that I sought the care of a Chiropractor, this is when I was first exposed to Massage Therapy and quickly realized the power of the human body and wanted nothing more than to learn all I could, so that I may give back, what had been given to me.

After finishing my studies at Trinity College, I jumped right into massage becoming a member of Timeout fitness training center @ Cisco systems, while at the same time I took a Massage Director position at SCORE clinic in Willow Glen. I manage a talented team of Massage Therapists and have developed styles, combining deep tissue and sports massage techniques. This allowed me to greater enhance our clients physical, emotional, and mental well being. My techniques are effective for addressing issues of back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel, sciatica, migraines and sports injuries.

My massage techniques will breakdown muscle adhesions, scar tissue, remove toxins, lactic acid and metabolic wastes. These techniques will also increase your circulation and relax muscles that often become stiff and deprived of blood nutrients due to poor circulation. The majority of my clients are patients who have tried other treatments and modalities and have had little or no results, and have come to me looking for not just answers to their questions, but answers to their pain and suffering.

My massage techniques are intentional and go straight to the source of pain, I do not waste time with ”fluff“ or ”spa“ soft touch massage strokes.

With more than 12 years of clinical experience in working with chiropractors, physical therapists, and osteopaths, I  treat the whole body, not just the area of complaint. I also strongly believe that muscular imbalance, stress, and poor circulation can be the cause of more than 90% of all illnesses and injuries. My search for new styles and techniques led me to Hands-on Muscle Therapy (H.M.T.), a relatively new approach to sports medicine and bodywork. This is a feedback-based custom therapy for injury rehabilitation as well as performance enhancement.

I not only practice massage therapy, I also teach the art of Advanced  Rehab Techniques at Roman Paradigm Massage. I will continue to give back to the community by offering massage and massage education at Health Fairs held at the Silicon Valley Real Estate Convention, the San Jose Blues Festival, and the Silicon Valley Marathon.

Hope to see you soon.
